We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced QC Engineer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the field, with a robust background in mechanical engineering and technical knowledge of medical devices.

Roles and Responsibility

- Review incoming and in-process product inspection to ensure quality standards are met.

- Approve or reject products based on quality standards and inspection findings.

- Select output samples and check them using appropriate methods to ensure accuracy.

- Maintain and improve departmental operational performance to meet regulatory requirements.

- Ensure Quality Compliance as per Quality Plan and report quality problems or findings to Sr. Engineer & QC Incharge.

- Release products for next stages after ensuring all activities are carried out as per quality plan.





- Act as the main point of contact on all Quality matters internally.

- Control measuring and monitoring devices and look after product quality, ensuring only accepted material goes to the next process.

- Send rejection material with proper NC reports to QC Incharge, process NC products for rework as per quality criteria, and take corrective action.

- Follow and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with quality policy, filling route cards and processing products for the next stage.

- Coordinate with Sr. Engineer & QC Incharge for any failures or discrepancies in products and check, approve documents related to the quality department.

- Can reject if products do not match sample pieces or drawings and technical specifications; can reject damaged or improperly processed products; and send those that do not meet documentation standards for rework.
