Key Responsibilities

Territory Development

Define and implement a regional sales strategy aligned with overall business goals.

Identify and qualify potential accounts: dealers, design studios, hospitality clients, and retail chains

Account Relationship Management

Manage a portfolio of key accounts; cultivate new partnerships through regular outreach and in-person meetings .

Deliver product presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals. Maintain ongoing communication to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Sales Execution Forecasting

Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Use CRM tools to track leads, pipeline activity, and deal flow; report performance metrics to leadership

Product Market Expertise

Stay updated on Sha Decor s product range: styles, materials, pricing, and production lead times.

Monitor regional market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and threats.

Cross-functional Collaboration





Work closely with marketing on regional promotions, trade shows, and campaigns.

Coordinate with operations and logistics to ensure timely delivery, inventory alignment, and product availability
