About Janak Equipments

Janak Equipments provides modern cleaning solutions, including ride-on sweepers and scrubber dryers, for industrial, commercial and institutional applications.

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager with strong knowledge of the Pithampur industrial belt to develop recent business opportunities and build relationships with industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and approach factories, manufacturing units, warehouses and industrial facilities in Pithampur and nearby areas.
- Generate B2B leads and connect with factory owners, purchase managers and facility managers.
- Conduct field visits, client meetings and product demonstrations.
- Promote ride-on sweepers, scrubber dryers and other industrial cleaning equipment.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on enquiries and negotiate with potential clients.
- Maintain customer relationships and manage the sales pipeline.




- Develop new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

- Strong knowledge of the Pithampur industrial area and its local business network is essential.
- Previous experience in industrial sales, B2B sales or capital equipment sales is preferred.
- Existing contacts with factories and manufacturing companies will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel regularly for field visits and client meetings.
- Ability to generate leads independently and convert opportunities into sales.
