We have opening for Area Sales Manager - Ice Creams @ Vijayawada at Heritage Foods Limited

Sales Executives - Graduate / Post Graduate with 8 - 12 yrs of Ice Cream / FMCG Sales

Work Location : Vijayawada

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targeted revenue goals as outlined in the business plan.
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and expand the distribution network effectively.
- Lead the planning, execution, and scaling of push cart business operations to increase brand visibility and sales.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and manage outstanding receivables to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Optimize the use of resources, funds, and operational costs to support sustainable profitability.
- Maintain robust asset management and control systems to safeguard company assets.




- Coordinate logistics to ensure on-time delivery of ice cream and frozen dessert products across all channels.
- Design and manage customer contract programs, while proactively addressing and resolving customer complaints.

Requirements:

- Proven 8+ years experience in sales management, preferably within FMCG, ice cream, or frozen food industries.
- Solid track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in dynamic markets.
- Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills with a focus on market intelligence and expansion.
- Demonstrated ability in team leadership, resource allocation, and cost control.
- Proficiency in logistics coordination and supply chain management.
- Skilled in customer relationship management and handling contract programs.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and financial stewardship.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to fast-paced, results-oriented environments.
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and team management abilities.

Proficiency in CRM tools, ERP systems, and MS Office (especially Excel for data analysis).
