About the Company A leading Indian dairy and food company with a robust presence in dairy products and consumer food segments, focused on expanding its market reach and distribution network.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager B2C to drive sales growth, distribution expansion, and retail execution for the Ice Cream Division across South Karnataka.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive secondary sales, consumer offtake, and achievement of sales targets.
- Expand distributor networks, numeric distribution, and retail outlet coverage.
- Drive deep freezer placements, product availability, merchandising, and in-store visibility.
- Manage distributors, field sales teams, beat productivity, and territory performance.
- Strengthen General Trade, Modern Trade, HoReCa, and relevant emerging channels.
- Monitor sales performance and execution through SFA/DMS tools.




- Identify new market opportunities and improve territory penetration.

Candidate Requirements

- MBA / PGDM is mandatory.
- 10- 12 years of experience in FMCG, ice cream, frozen desserts, beverages, confectionery, or chocolate.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience as an Area Sales Manager.
- Strong experience in secondary sales, distributor management, and General Trade.
- Exposure to deep freezer placements, retail visibility, and distribution expansion.
- Strong team management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Candidates with a stable career history and no frequent job changes will be preferred.
- Male candidates preferred.
