Candidates should have stockists and team handling skills and sound territory knowledge of Delhi and Bundelkhand (e.g., Jhansi, Chhatarpur)

Key Skills:

- Stockist and medical representative team management

- Territory knowledge and sales strategy

- Ability to train, motivate, and lead medical representatives

- Computer proficiency

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with doctors, vaidyas, and chemists

Responsibilities:

- Achieve sales targets for Ethical Ayurvedic / Herbal / Allopathic Medicines in the assigned territory

- Manage stockist networks and ensure product availability with chemists

- Lead, train, and motivate a team of medical representatives to meet sales goals

- Conduct regular field visits, engage with doctors/vaidyas, and monitor team performance

- Provide market analysis, sales reports, and feedback to management
