Area Sales Manager Loan Bazaar

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to manage and drive Loan Bazaar business operations across the assigned location. The candidate will be responsible for business development, target achievement, team management, coordination with banking partners, and overall business/project execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive Loan/EMI/Retail Banking business and ensure achievement of assigned business targets.
- Manage budgeting, target allocation, target monitoring and achievement for the assigned area.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Senior and Mid-level management of banking partners.
- Lead and manage the sales team, including work allocation, regular reviews and performance monitoring.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams for product integration, IT requirements and implementation.
- Conduct product training and ensure effective knowledge transfer to the team.
- Manage monthly commission-related activities and ensure timely coordination.
- Prepare and maintain MIS, project-level databases and business reports.




- Coordinate and control activities at various stages of the project to ensure smooth execution.
- Conduct periodic visits for business reviews, training, bank liaisoning and other business requirements.
- Implement and monitor IT infrastructure requirements related to the project.
- Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Undertake other business initiatives and activities as required for the growth and effective management of Loan Bazaar.

Candidate Profile

- Prior experience in Assets, Loans, Retail Banking or related financial services business.
- Experience in sales/business development and team management.
- Basic understanding of loan products, banking processes and retail finance.
- Robust target management, MIS and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a sales team.
- Willingness to travel as required for business purposes.
