Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to generate leads, acquire new customers, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets through field visits and direct customer interactions.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential customers, retailers, dealers, and business clients.
- Conduct field visits to generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Promote company products and explain their features and benefits to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals to achieve assigned targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain daily visit reports, sales records, and follow-up details.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, delivery, and customer support.

Required Skills




- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong convincing and customer-handling abilities.
- Target-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Good networking and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and market visits.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in retail, lifestyle, handicrafts, home décor, or consumer products.
- Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence, if required for field visits.
