About In Room DiningIn Room Dining is building a convenient food delivery service for guests staying at guesthouses, budget hotels, homestays and villas. We work with kitchen partners and delivery personnel to help accommodation providers offer food to their guests.

We are looking for a hardworking, confident and responsible Field Operations & Business Development Executive to help establish and grow our presence in Vrindavan and Mathura.

What You Will Do1. Guesthouse & Hotel Onboarding

- Visit guesthouses, hotels, homestays and villas.
- Meet owners, managers and reception staff to introduce In Room Dining.
- Explain the service, help onboard properties and encourage repeat orders.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with existing properties.

2. Kitchen Partner Coordination

- Visit partner kitchens and coordinate menus, pricing and availability.
- Ensure kitchens receive and accept orders properly.
- Monitor preparation times, food quality concerns and order accuracy.
- Build relationships with kitchen owners and staff.

3. Delivery Operations





- Coordinate with delivery boys for timely order fulfilment.
- Monitor delivery delays, cancellations and customer complaints.
- Help recruit and onboard delivery partners when required.
- Ensure professional behaviour when entering guesthouses and hotels.

4. Business Development

- Identify recent business opportunities in Vrindavan and Mathura.
- Increase the number of active properties and repeat orders.
- Maintain a database of leads, partners, kitchens and delivery personnel.
- Submit daily field reports and weekly performance updates to management.

Who Should Apply?
- Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable travelling locally and meeting business owners.
- Basic smartphone, WhatsApp and reporting skills.
- Honest, punctual, organised and willing to take responsibility.
- Knowledge of Vrindavan and Mathura is an advantage.

Salary & Benefits
- Fixed salary of ₹10,000–₹12,000 per month, depending on suitability.
- Performance-based monthly incentives.
