Roles and Responsibilities

- Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory.
- Drive the sales team to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
- Hire, train, coach, and motivate field sales representatives through regular joint visits and performance reviews.
- Expand and manage the local network of distributors and retailers to ensure product availability and visibility.
- Monitoring the performance of the sales team and engaging members to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collecting vendor or customer feedback and providing updates to senior management.
- Traveling to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness.
- Constantly being in touch with distributors & SS for smooth functioning of channel sales.
- Ensuring timely vendors payments to make sales process smooth.
- Strong exposure in BA business handling.
- Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with third-party vendors.




- Implementing a sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Master's degree in marketing, business management, or related field is preferred.
- Proven sales experience in personal care industry; GT retail sales experience is preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent management, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
