- Ensures that the customer gives the slot for training.
- Explain Dos Don t to the actual user.
- Conduct frequent tests on-sites for promotion.
- Identifying and selection of distributor where the DEF stations can be installed.
- Meet the distributors and their customers to generate the demand of the DEF pump.




- Post-installation ensures the regular maintenance and replenishment.
- Area must be near to the DEF plant.
- Identifying the transporter with more than 50 vehicles with SCR system.
- Gives the offer for IBC.
- TOC -BPR , DBM, CCR , Constraint management - Exploitation and 5- focusing Step.
- Process - Time Management.
- Technical - Knowledge of DEF , How to read test data.
- Buy in Process.
- Customer mapping.
- Data Management.
- Presentations Skills,
