4. Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to identify opportunities for growth.

Job Requirements:

- 7-10 years of experience in banking or finance industry with expertise in affordable loan against property (LAP) or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of financial markets, instruments, and regulations related to Affordable LAPs.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy development.
- Team Handling: Proven team management experience with a minimum team size of 5 employees
- DSA Network: Solid DSA/connector network
