Roles and Responsibilities :

- Install, configure, and deploy ArcGIS Enterprise solutions on-premise and cloud environments.

- Provide technical support to end-users through phone, email, or in-person interactions.

- Troubleshoot issues related to ArcGIS Enterprise deployment, configuration, and performance optimization.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop customized solutions.

Job Requirements :

- 3-9 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in ArcGIS Enterprise administration.

- Solid understanding of installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of ArcGIS Enterprise software products (ArcMap/ArcCatalog).

- Experience with deployment options for ArcGIS Enterprise including on-premise servers or cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/GCP.
