- Handle accounts receivable (AR) follow-ups with insurance companies.
- Follow up on outstanding claims and check claim status.
- Identify and resolve claim denials and rejections.
- Analyze unpaid and underpaid claims and take appropriate action.
- Communicate with insurance companies to ensure timely claim payments.
- Maintain accurate records of claim status and follow-up activities.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
