Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead the accounts receivable calling team to ensure timely claim resolutions.
- Monitor team performance and implement strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Handle escalations and complex claim issues, providing guidance and support to team members.
- Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on industry standards and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and resolve any interdepartmental issues.
- Prepare and present regular reports on team performance and other relevant metrics.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction levels.





Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

- In-depth knowledge of AR calling processes and healthcare revenue cycle management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
