- You will be a part of a highly motivated and experienced team of Property Casualty (PC) Reinsurance business operations, handling end-to-end administration of reinsurance contracts
- We have a strong link to the other PC Reinsurance teams and collaborate daily to deliver best service and most value to our clients

Key responsibilities
- Assist in handling Client submissions of Reinsurance contracts
- Processing of client reinsurance accounts (premiums, claims, brokerage, etc) ensure quality standards are met
- Capture accurate claim information by referring to claim advice after checking contract documents/conditions
- Ensure financial transactions/payments are in adherence to processes and guidelines, quality management framework and key
- controls
- Timely collection of funds (Accounts Receivable), keeping track of financials for the team
- Timely follow-ups and escalation of issues to management and/or senior management as appropriate
- Manage assigned tasks effectively to achieve agreed service/business standards




- Contact internal business partners to resolve any long pending operational issues
- Any other ad-hoc/admin related tasks as required from time to time that are deemed appropriate for this role
