Accedo is looking for talented backend developers to join its growing Engineering team in Noida as an apprentice. Working in a highly team-oriented environment, you will help transform requirements and designs into high performing feature rich video streaming applications on a wide variety of platforms and devices.

Objective of the role

You will be primarily focusing on building and maintaining backend services and APIs using technologies like Node.js, Nestjs and TypeScript. You will work on projects from technical feasibility through to market launch, ensuring high performance and scalability for OTT applications.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Wants to create best-in-class video streaming applications, together with talented colleagues in a friendly work environment.
- Keeps on top of backend technologies (Node.js, TypeScript, RESTful APIs) and enjoys reading technical blogs and articles related to scalable infrastructure and backend architecture.
- Is passionate about learning the Agile development process and improving the efficiency of the software development process.
- Has completed their engineering degree (BTech/BE) in a relevant field or passed out from a coding school after their graduation.
- Has significant development community participation.

What you’ll need to succeed:





- 0-1 years of experience or strong academic projects involving Node.js/ NestJs and other backend development technologies.
- Proficient in JavaScript; proficiency in TypeScript would be a plus.
- Fundamental knowledge of Node.js; exposure to other backend languages like Go or Python and frameworks like NestJs is a plus.
- Experience in development, deployment & maintenance of backend services in micro-service architecture.
- Understanding of RESTful API design principles; basic knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and microservices.
- Experience in ElasticSearch and Kibana would be a plus.
- Experience in at least one of the cloud service providers (AWS, GCP or Azure) would be a plus.
- Experience in using Docker; Experience in Kubernetes would be a plus.

- Previous experience building end-user-facing products with scale would be a plus.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
- Ability to document code consistently and support technical feasibility analysis.
- Self motivated and solution-focused.
- Hands-on experience with RAG and using AI agents is a plus.
