Roles and Responsibility

- Conduct trainings and organize them at various levels.
- Prepare and modify training calendars, content, feedback, and surveys based on needs.
- Develop and implement effective training programs.
- Interact with users and provide high-level acceptance.
- Design and deliver Train the Trainer programs.




- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide recommendations.

Job Requirements

- B.Tech / B.E in CS/IT/EE or MCA with 5 years of IT experience.
- Any Graduate with 8 years of IT experience.
- Possess positive communication skills, both oral and written.
- Demonstrate the ability to interact effectively with users.
- Have a strong understanding of IT Technology and tools.
