- Ability to analyze application log files/tables for troubleshooting purposes

- Experience troubleshooting integrations - APIs, web services, FTP, etc

- Experience analyzing data and troubleshooting data related issues

- Passion to identify and suggest process improvements, performance optimizations, etc

- Experience with Excel/VBA Macros
- Experience with IT Support Documentation, RCA, Knowledgebase updates, ServiceNow Incident Request
