Must have skill - IT Operations, IT Service Management (ITIL), Windows Server Administrator, Basic Database knowledge (SQL, Oracle), Basic Knowledge on network/local Firewall, Linux skills, Github, Agile(basics). Positive to have skill - : Application Maintenance and support experience, Azure ( Cloud Fundamentals), Basic enterprise IT Architecture understanding, Working knowledge on incident management tool.

Troubleshoot the issue and provide the solution as per SLA.

Coordinate with multiple technical teams.

Configure, install and set up the desktop based applications (2-tier and 3-tier).

Follow Incident Management, Change management and problem management process.

Handle tickets and technical meetings with customers/stakeholders independently.

Timely acknowledgement, Assignment Queue management of tickets to team.

Hands on experience in any on-prem apps to cloud migration(Azure).

Team Collaboration, able to work independently.
