- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM i System Administration.
- Strong knowledge of system monitoring and performance tuning techniques related to IBM i environments.
- Experience in managing user profiles, security settings, and system configurations within IBM i platforms.
- Ability to analyze system logs and diagnose hardware and software issues effectively.
- Familiarity with backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.
- Skilled in automating routine tasks and scripting to optimize system administration activities.
