- Experience in Azure Cloud, Kubernetes Administration, and AWS
- Design, code, test, and document complex programs; install, configure, and integrate software; provide technical support and assist deployment and training
- Designs, codes, tests (incl. test cases, and scripts for module/component tests), corrects, documents complex programs and scripts from agreed specifications and subsequent iterations
- Installs, configures, customizes and integrates standard software
- Implements and executes module/component tests and provides technical documentation
- Executes the technical application support
- Supports the deployment and training of the application into production setting
Monitors service delivery performance metrics and identifies required service agreement adjustments
