Having built a premium brand position in Tamil Nadu, we are now strengthening our marketing efforts to support and expand our dealer network.

We are looking for experienced and self-driven professionals across Tamil Nadu and Puducherry, covering major cities, towns and districts. Candidates will be based in their respective locations and work closely with our authorised dealers.

Education

- Diploma or Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
- Candidates with additional experience in construction, building materials or the steel industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit construction sites, infrastructure projects and other relevant developments in the vicinity of assigned dealers or dealer groups.
- Identify ongoing and upcoming construction projects and generate business leads for the dealer network.
- Connect with builders, contractors, civil engineers, structural consultants and other key project decision-makers.




- Introduce and promote Sumangala 550D CRS TMT bars, highlighting their quality, strength and suitability for construction projects.
- Facilitate connections between prospective customers and authorised Sumangala Steel dealers to convert leads into sales.
- Develop and maintain a database of construction projects and potential customers within the assigned territory.
- Regularly follow up on leads and track their progress in coordination with dealers.
- Submit periodic reports on site visits, project enquiries, leads generated and business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships within the local construction and engineering community.

Desired Profile

- 3-8 years of experience in civil engineering, construction, building materials, steel or a related industry.
- Good understanding of construction practices, project execution and the local construction market.
- Solid communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and generate quality leads through regular field visits.
- Familiarity with local builders, contractors, engineers and construction projects will be an advantage.
- Self-motivated, proactive and capable of working independently from the assigned location.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain project and lead reports.
