Designation | Application Analyst Qualification | B.E. B.Tech | Key Responsibilities: Support and maintain business applications to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Monitor application performance and troubleshoot basic issues reported by users.

Assist in incident management, service requests, and issue resolution. Work with business teams to understand requirements and document processes. Perform testing and validation of application changes and enhancements.

Create and maintain user guides, SOPs, and application documentation. Coordinate with technical teams and vendors for application support activities. Analyze data and prepare reports to support business decision-making.

Desired Skills:



Basic understanding of software applications, databases, and IT systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
