The AppDynamics Engineer will support the AppDynamics tools, and work with infrastructure and applications subject matter experts to define and configure the monitoring.
Install and configure, upgrade several on-premises AppDynamics instances.
Make recommendations for AppDynamics sizing, product upgrades and recent functionality.
Maintaining the security posture of the tools according to defined security standards.
Work with subject matter experts to define and configure transactions for real user and synthetic monitoring.
Gather dashboards requirements and configure dashboards for the Network Operation Center (NOC) and infrastructure and support groups.
Develop custom reports.
Assist with NOC process development.
Continually enhance and improve the monitoring.
