Job Title: AR/AP Specialist OTC / Logistics & Freight

Experience: 2–4 Years for SPE | 9+ Years for TM

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

We are hiring experienced finance professionals for AR/AP – OTC in the Logistics/Freight domain is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and OTC-related activities.
- Manage payment processing, invoice-related queries, and discrepancy resolution.
- Perform query handling and error resolution efficiently.
- Ensure timely resolution of payment and invoice-related issues.
- Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to resolve operational queries.




- Maintain accuracy and meet process timelines and productivity targets.

Mandatory Skills
- Hands-on experience in AR/AP or OTC operations.
- Mandatory experience in the Logistics/Freight domain.
- Solid payment processing and query-handling experience.
- Experience in error and discrepancy resolution.
- Candidates with experience beyond invoice processing are preferred.

Team Manager (TM) Requirement
- 9+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong team management, stakeholder management, and process-handling skills.
