About the Role

Medi-Caps University is seeking a qualified and dedicated Assistant Professor – Anaesthesia & Operation Theatre Technology (AOTT) to join its academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong subject knowledge, effective teaching skills, and the ability to deliver quality theoretical and practical training to students.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver lectures and conduct practical sessions in Anaesthesia & Operation Theatre Technology.
- Train students in operation theatre procedures, anaesthesia equipment, patient monitoring, and OT protocols.
- Conduct skill-lab sessions, demonstrations, assessments, and examinations.
- Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and academic content.
- Mentor students and support their academic and professional development.
- Maintain academic records and contribute to departmental activities.
- Ensure adherence to patient safety, infection control, and clinical protocols during practical training.





Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: M.Sc. in Anaesthesia & Operation Theatre Technology (AOTT) or a relevant allied health sciences specialization.
- Robust subject knowledge and communication skills.
- Teaching or clinical experience in AOTT will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with the required postgraduate qualification may also be considered, subject to university norms.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Preferred Skills
- Solid theoretical and practical knowledge of AOTT.
- Effective classroom management and student mentoring skills.
- Ability to conduct hands-on training and practical demonstrations.
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
