Role Overview This is a hands-on engineering role embedded in a business domain. You'll write clean SQL and Python, build models and data products, and work directly with the stakeholders you serve across Sales, Product, Engineering, Finance and Commercialization.

Responsibilities

- Turn business questions into structured analyses and clear, actionable recommendations, with stories and visuals that non-experts can follow.
- Define and refine KPIs, and use statistical and predictive methods to spot trends, risks and opportunities early. Your methodology should hold up when challenged.
- Build automated dashboards and self-service data products that replace manual reporting.
- Write tested, version-controlled code, and use AI tooling (copilots, agents, workflow automation) to cut manual effort.
- Own data quality, consistency and governance for the datasets you work on.

What You Bring





- 2-4 years in analytics engineering, data/business analytics, BI development or a similar role.
- Robust SQL and confidence with large, complex datasets.
- Hands-on Python for analysis, automation and statistical/predictive modeling.
- Practical experience using AI in analytics workflows.
- A solid grasp of statistics and attention to methodological detail.
- Software engineering habits (version control, testing, documentation) and experience with BI/visualization tools.
- The ability to explain data clearly to non-technical stakeholders, and examples of your work shaping decisions in a business function.
- A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or a related quantitative field.
