- Assist in developing and executing strategic outreach plans to enhance the impact of AHCT s mission, programs, and initiatives

- Collaborate with the Outreach Senior Manager to manage regional engagement in Trichy, Madurai, Viralimalai, Salem, Dindigul, and Hosur

- Coordinate outreach events, workshops, Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions, and campaigns, ensuring smooth communication and effective networking with volunteers

- Develop and maintain solid relationships with community leaders, organizations, institutions, and stakeholders to build collaboration for Puthri & MITR activities

- Support monitoring and evaluation of outreach activities by collecting feedback and data to assess impact and guide strategy

- Provide administrative support, including meeting coordination, database management,



and report preparation

- Conduct regular review and huddle meetings with the team to recognize accomplishments, identify challenges, and propose actionable solutions
