Hiring: Hospital Application Support Engineer | Gurugram

Experience: 25 years

Qualification: B.Tech / BCA

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide application support and troubleshooting for HIS, EHR/EMR, LIS, PACS and hospital modules.
- Manage system upgrades, user access, roles and permissions.
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve technical issues and ensure SLA compliance.
- Support application deployment, documentation and end-user training.
- Ensure data security, confidentiality and compliance with DPDP and healthcare accreditation requirements.
- Provide support during critical incidents, including rotational on-call duties.

Required Skills:

- Experience in healthcare IT application support, preferably in a hospital environment.
- Knowledge of hospital systems such as OPD, IPD, Billing, Pharmacy, Lab and Radiology.
- Familiarity with HL7 and healthcare data workflows.
- Solid troubleshooting, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Exposure to systems such as Akhil Systems, MyHealthcare, IT Dose or KareXpert is preferred.
