- Manage banking partnerships, support wholesale funding, ensure dealer access to inventory funding, conduct market benchmarking, and coordinate cross-functional teams

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Responsibilities

Manage banking relationships on behalf of Ather for the assigned zones and ensure that the inventory funding program health remains green.

Ensuring mutually beneficial banking partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy, thereby developing new products

Supporting ASMs wholesale efforts through funds availability to ensure that wholesale targets are met

Ensuring that our Retail Partners (Dealers) have uninterrupted and sufficient access to Inventory funding





Market Intelligence: Benchmarking for finance products in the market Exploring current growth opportunities and piloting initiatives for future readiness

Regular reporting/MIS to Sales Teams and other stakeholders

Cross-functional Responsibilities:

Coordinating with Sales and Network teams, Business Intelligence, Dealer finance and other teams to effectively deliver quality results

Adapt quickly to product/Business changes and limitations, and communicate these to stakeholders

Provide Partner feedback to internal teams to guide the direction of our program offerings.
