Role Description The AIF Operations & Compliances role (all positions) is a full time, across India. Team members will manage day-to-day alternative investment fund (AIF) operations, including transaction processing, documentation, record maintenance, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities include monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, preparing reports and filings, supporting audits, and ensuring timely resolution of operational issues. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, tracking project timelines, and contributing to process improvements and risk mitigation activities. Depending on level, team members may also support client relationships, assist in sales-related operational documentation, and help implement best practices in AIF operations and compliance.





Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making in operations and compliance.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, stakeholder coordination, and report preparation.
- Candidates should possess Operations Management skills, with experience in handling processes, maintaining documentation, and ensuring adherence to service standards.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including planning, organizing tasks, tracking progress, and meeting deadlines for operational and compliance initiatives.
- Candidates should possess Sales support skills, such as assisting with operational aspects of client onboarding, documentation for proposals, and coordination between sales and operations teams.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business, or a related field are beneficial; experience in financial services, fund operations, or regulatory compliance is an advantage.
- Attention to detail, proficiency with spreadsheets and reporting tools, ability to work in a structured environment, and a strong commitment to ethical and compliant practices are highly valued.
