Duties and Responsibilities

AI Video Generation: Create professional AI-generated business explainer videos that communicate complex business concepts, operational challenges, profitability improvement, business transformation, management insights and scalable business systems.

AI Prompt Writing & Engineering: Develop, test and refine effective prompts for AI video generation, text-to-video, image-to-video, AI avatars, voiceovers and other relevant AI production tools to achieve the required visual style, messaging and output quality.

Scriptwriting & Storyboarding: Convert business briefs, consulting insights and key messages into engaging video scripts, storylines, scene-by-scene storyboards, hooks and narratives suitable for business audiences.

Video Editing & Post-Production: Edit AI-generated footage and supporting assets into polished videos with professional pacing, transitions, captions, subtitles, voiceovers, background music, graphics and relevant visual elements.

Multi-Format Video Repurposing: Adapt each video into multiple formats, including long-form videos, LinkedIn videos, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, vertical stories and other platform-specific versions, as required.

Platform-Specific Optimisation: Produce videos in appropriate aspect ratios, resolutions, durations and layouts, including landscape (16:9), vertical (9:16) and square (1:1) formats, ensuring that content is suitable for each intended platform.

Business-Focused Visual Storytelling: Use AI-generated scenes, business scenarios, relevant stock footage, motion graphics, diagrams, process visualisations and other suitable assets to make business topics clear, engaging and easy to understand.

Brand Consistency: Maintain consistency in visual style, typography, colours, captions, tone, terminology and messaging across all deliverables in accordance with the company's brand guidelines.





Quality Control & Revisions: Review all outputs for visual inconsistencies, AI-generation artefacts, inaccurate captions, audio issues, transitions, messaging accuracy and technical quality. Incorporate feedback and complete agreed revisions.

Independent Project Management: Manage the production workflow independently, including prompt development, generation, editing, file organisation, delivery deadlines and communication with the company.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging AI video generation platforms, prompt engineering techniques, editing workflows and production methods that can improve video quality, efficiency and creative output.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in video production, video editing, digital content production or a similar field, with demonstrable hands-on experience in AI-generated video content.

Proven experience creating AI-generated business explainer videos, corporate videos, educational videos, marketing videos or similar professional content.

Strong prompt-writing and prompt-engineering skills for AI video generation, including the ability to generate consistent scenes, suitable visual styles, relevant characters and coherent storytelling.

Practical experience with AI video generation tools such as Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, HeyGen, Synthesia or comparable platforms. Expertise in at least one or more suitable tools is required; experience across multiple tools is an advantage.





Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro.

Experience with AI voice generation, text-to-speech, subtitles, sound design, motion graphics and visual effects is an advantage.

Ability to convert business briefs and complex concepts into engaging scripts and concise visual narratives.

Experience producing and repurposing content for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and other social media platforms.

Strong understanding of video composition, pacing, hooks, storytelling, audience retention, aspect ratios, resolutions and platform-specific content requirements.

Ability to work independently, manage deadlines and deliver professional-quality content without day-to-day supervision.

A portfolio demonstrating actual AI-generated videos, editing capabilities and examples of content adapted into different formats is mandatory.

Language Skills

Excellent English comprehension and the ability to understand business briefs and develop clear, professional video narratives.

Solid English writing skills for scripts, hooks, captions and on-screen messaging.

Other Details

Work Mode: Fully remote.

Engagement: Freelance, project-based or ongoing retainer, depending on business requirements.

Working Hours: Flexible, with periodic availability during UAE business hours for briefs, alignment meetings and content reviews.

Own Setup: The freelancer must provide their own computer, stable internet connection, editing software, AI production tools and any required subscriptions.

Deliverables: Final edited videos in agreed formats and resolutions, along with the specified platform versions and project assets where agreed.

Compensation: Based on project scope, deliverables, complexity and agreed commercial terms.
