Job Title: AI Transformation Delivery Lead Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore (1 each)

About the Role: We are seeking experienced AI Transformation Delivery Leads to drive large-scale technology transformation programs The role requires strong expertise in GenAI, AI/ML, and Agentic AI solutions, combined with excellent program management and client-facing skills

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of AI transformation programs across multiple domains

Drive solution design and implementation leveraging Generative AI, Machine Learning, and Agentic AI

Partner with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to define transformation roadmaps

Ensure on-time, high-quality delivery with a focus on measurable business outcomes

Manage and mentor cross-functional teams to foster innovation and adoption of new technologies

Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to scale AI solutions

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in program/project management with strong delivery ownership

Hands-on exposure to AI/ML solutions, GenAI applications, or intelligent automation

Understanding of modern AI platforms, cloud ecosystems, and enterprise AI adoption challenges

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills

Passion for technology transformation and ability to evangelize AI adoption

Preferred Qualifications
