About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated AI Solutions Expert with Procurement Domain Experience to support the business’s AI roadmap and transform business requirements into end-to-end AI solutions within the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) domain.

The role involves identifying high-value AI use cases, designing scalable solutions, evaluating GenAI technologies, and collaborating with data scientists, software engineers, architects, and implementation partners to deliver business-driven AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Business & Requirements Analysis

- Participate in business process optimization workshops.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business challenges and opportunities where AI can add value.
- Translate business objectives into technical requirements for AI solutions.
- Identify and prioritize AI use cases based on business impact, ROI, and technical feasibility.

AI Solution Design
- Design end-to-end AI solutions covering data ingestion, processing, model training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and scaling.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and aligned with business requirements.
- Evaluate solution architectures and recommend suitable implementation approaches.





Model & Technology Selection
- Evaluate and recommend GenAI models, frameworks, AI services, and technology stacks.
- Assess whether to develop custom AI solutions or leverage existing tools and SaaS applications.
- Evaluate technology maturity, suitability, performance, and business value.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with data scientists to align AI models with business objectives.
- Collaborate with software engineers, developers, and AI technical architects on solution integration and implementation.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, internal and external consulting teams, and implementation partners.
- Coordinate with the AI Factory to translate business requirements into effective AI solutions.

Governance, Compliance & Risk
- Ensure AI solutions follow ethical AI principles and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Support compliance with relevant regulations, including GDPR, HIPAA, and the EU AI Act, where applicable.
- Ensure adherence to internal AI governance policies and procedures.

Prototyping & Proof of Concepts
- Build or oversee prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate technical feasibility and business impact.
- Assess model performance, accuracy,



and latency in target environments.
- Evaluate outcomes and recommend improvements before production deployment.

Documentation & Communication
- Prepare architecture diagrams, solution specifications, and technical documentation.
- Present AI solution designs and communicate technical trade-offs clearly to stakeholders and leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 4+ years of hands-on experience delivering AI solutions within the procurement domain.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience deploying AI solutions using Microsoft Azure and SAP technologies.
- Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI frameworks.
- Broad exposure to different AI solution types, technology stacks, tools, in-house platforms, and SaaS applications.
- Ability to evaluate AI technologies based on maturity, feasibility, performance, and business value.
- Knowledge of model monitoring, retraining, and explainability techniques.
- Solid understanding of business requirements analysis and end-to-end solution design.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of finance business processes.
- Familiarity with purchasing and procurement business processes.
- Experience with Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process optimization and transformation.
