Key Responsibilities

- #Client Engagement &
- Requirement Analysis- Engage directly with enterprise clients to understand business challenges, functional goals, and technical expectations

- - Translate high-level requirements into detailed solution blueprints, workflows, and technical specifications

- - Lead discovery workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and solution walkthroughs

- #Solution Architecture &

- Design- Conceptualize and design AI-driven solutions including LLM-based applications, multi-agent systems, document intelligence workflows, and data-centric solutions

- - Create mockups, wireframes, user journeys, and architecture diagrams to clearly communicate solution concepts

- - Evaluate feasibility, propose architecture options, and define end-to-end solution strategies

- #Proposal &

- Pre-Sales Support- Prepare high-quality proposals, solution decks, RFP responses, and effort estimates

- - Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to craft value-driven propositions

- - Present complex solutions to CXO-level stakeholderswith strong business articulation

- #Project Delivery &

- Execution- Own and manage complete project delivery from planning, scoping, execution to deployment and handover

- - Work closely with AI Engineers, Data Scientists,



UI/UX Designers, Product Owners, and QA teams

- - Manage risks, track progress, ensure quality and timely delivery

- - Enforce best practices in design, development, testing, integration, and deployment

- #Integration &

- Multi-System Orchestration- Lead integration with ERPs, CRMs, ticketing systems, data warehouses, and custom APIs

- - Collaborate with IT, business ops, compliance teams, and external vendors

- - Ensure compliance with enterprise security, authentication & authorization standards

- #Leadership &

- Collaboration- Mentor and guide AI Engineers and Solution Analysts

- - Drive innovation by contributing to accelerators, reusable assets, and solution frameworks

- - Support AI engineering roadmap and enhance platform capabilities

Required Skills and Experience

- - 10-15 yearsof experience in solution design, enterprise system integration, and digital transformation

- - Strong understanding of generative AI: LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, RAG, agents, workflow automation, multimodal data

- - Proven capability in architecture design, creating wireframes and solution mockups

- - Experience preparing proposals and owning technical content for RFP submissions

- - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- - Experience leading projects involving multiple systems and complex data flows

- - Familiarity with Azure / AWS / GCPand enterprise integration patterns

- - Strong problem-solving abilities and ownership mindset
