Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Delhi, India, focused on AI-related responsibilities at AI5 Academy. The role involves designing and delivering AI learning experiences, including live sessions, workshops, and guided practice that help learners apply AI tools in real-world workflows. Daily tasks may include creating and updating course materials, building hands-on projects and assignments, and demonstrating Generative AI, Agentic AI, and no-code/low-code AI applications across business functions.





The role also includes mentoring learners, providing feedback on projects, collaborating with curriculum and product teams to keep content aligned with evolving AI tools and industry needs, and supporting corporate or institutional training engagements. Team members are expected to stay current with AI trends and ensure that programs remain practical, accessible, and career-focused.

Qualifications

- Strong applied AI skills across areas such as Generative AI, Agentic AI, and no-code or low-code AI tools, with the ability to design practical workflows and use cases.
- Experience with data and analytics concepts, including basics of data handling, simple models, and interpreting AI-driven insights in business or professional contexts.
- Background in one or more domains where AI is used (for example: marketing, finance, cybersecurity, filmmaking, robotics, supply chain, or HR) and comfort translating AI capabilities into domain-specific applications.
- Ability to design and deliver learning experiences, including lesson planning, project creation, and live instruction or facilitation for diverse learner groups.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI topics in simple, structured, and practical ways.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work in cross-functional teams across curriculum, product, and operations to keep programs current and industry-relevant.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
