Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.

Summary

As an AI / ML Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies and cloud services. The role requires integrating various AI models, including generative AI, into scalable and production-ready pipelines, whether deployed on cloud platforms or on-premises. Daily activities may include collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system capabilities, optimizing performance, and ensuring the robustness of AI-driven solutions.

The position also involves exploring innovative approaches such as deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, and image processing to address complex challenges and deliver impactful results.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.




- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and deployment of AI models ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster continuous learning and improvement.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI systems, implementing improvements as necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Science.
- Robust programming skills in languages commonly used in data science such as Python or R.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries including TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and services relevant to AI deployment, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Ability to work with large datasets, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Familiarity with AI model lifecycle management and deployment pipelines.

Additional Information

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Science.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
