Roles and Responsibilities:

- Design end-to-end AI, generative AI, RPA and intelligent automation solutions aligned with business objectives and enterprise standards.

- Identify, assess and prioritize automation opportunities, translating process challenges into practical technology solutions and business cases.

- Develop solution architectures, integration approaches, prototypes and reusable implementation patterns for enterprise use cases.

- Lead stakeholder workshops and coordinate delivery across business teams, IT, enterprise architecture, data, security and platform owners.

- Drive initiatives from discovery and proof-of-concept through production rollout, adoption, governance and advantages tracking.

Skills Required:

- 5 - 10 years of relevant experience in AI, automation, solution architecture, digital transformation or technology-enabled business transformation.





- Strong hands-on experience with RPA, Microsoft Power Automate, generative AI, large language models, agentic AI and AI agents.

- Practical experience designing AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and retrieval-augmented generation patterns.

- Ability to architect scalable AI and automation solutions integrating enterprise applications, workflows, APIs and business processes.

- Experience delivering AI or intelligent automation solutions from concept and proof-of-concept through production deployment.

Good to Have

- Architecture experience across enterprise AI, intelligent automation or digital transformation solutions.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or a related discipline.
