About the Role

NotHuman.AI is looking for a versatile, tech-savvy professional who can use advanced AI tools to execute tasks across different business functions, simplify workflows, and improve operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate should be a proactive multitasker who can learn quickly, solve problems independently, and use the right combination of AI tools and digital platforms to deliver reliable results with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Advanced AI Utilisation:Use tools such as Claude, Gemini, OpenAI models, and Perplexity for research, analysis, data processing, documentation, and complex business tasks.
- Cross-Functional Execution: Handle assignments across SEO, content, research, website operations, reporting, and other digital activities based on business needs.
- Research & Data Analysis: Conduct competitor and industry research, analyse spreadsheets and documents, organise information, and verify findings for accuracy.
- AI-Assisted Content & Digital Operations:Support content research, SEO analysis, website audits, reporting, documentation, and digital record management.
- Automation & Process Improvement:Identify repetitive tasks and build practical workflows using n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar tools to reduce manual effort.
- AI Tools & Integrations: Explore AI agents, APIs, and tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and GitHub Copilot to simplify tasks and improve workflows.
- Independent Problem-Solving: Manage multiple assignments, adapt to changing requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver completed work with minimal supervision.
- Tool Evaluation & Accuracy:



Explore useful AI technologies, choose appropriate tools for each task, and validate AI-generated outputs before use.

Required Skills

Experience: Candidates with 1–3 years of relevant experience are preferred. This role is best suited for professionals at this experience level, with a strong focus on practical AI skills and hands-on execution.

- Hands-on proficiency with multiple advanced AI tools and their practical business applications.
- Strong research, analytical thinking, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with spreadsheets, digital productivity tools, and documentation.
- Ability to learn unfamiliar processes quickly and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to verify AI-generated information.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, APIs, AI agents, or AI-assisted coding tools.
- Exposure to SEO, content operations, digital marketing, research, or website workflows.
- Experience using AI to analyse data, process documents, or create reusable workflows.

Practical AI skills and demonstrated ability will be prioritised over formal qualifications alone. Candidates from different backgrounds are welcome if they can demonstrate robust AI proficiency and versatile execution skills.
