Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise‑grade Java applications using Java 8+/11, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
- Produce High‑Level Design (HLD) and Low‑Level Design (LLD) documents, ensuring alignment with product requirements and architectural standards.
- Implement RESTful and SOAP web services, integrating with databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Write clean, performant code leveraging Java Streams, concurrency utilities, and reactive paradigms (RxJava, Kotlin coroutines) where appropriate.
- Develop and maintain front‑end components using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and Angular/React as needed for full‑stack features.
- Create and execute automated UI tests using Selenium WebDriver with Java (or Python) scripts.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning to uphold code quality and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps) to define requirements, estimate effort, and deliver increments in Scrum sprints.
- Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes for automated build, test, and deployment.
- Assist in troubleshooting production issues, performing root‑cause analysis, and implementing preventive fixes.
- Continuously explore emerging technologies and suggest improvements to existing platforms.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 2–4 years of professional experience developing Java/J2EE applications in an enterprise environment.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Framework (Core, MVC, Boot), Hibernate/JPA, and microservices design patterns.
- Hands‑on experience with HLD/LLD creation, UML, and design‑pattern implementation.




- Proficiency with Java 8+ features, especially Streams API and functional programming concepts.
- Experience building RESTful APIs and consuming SOAP services.
- Familiarity with front‑end technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and at least one modern framework (Angular, React, or Vue).
- Exposure to reactive programming (RxJava, Kotlin coroutines) is a plus.
- Practical knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git), containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes) or similar.
- Ability to write automated test scripts with Selenium (Java/Python) and use JUnit/TestNG for unit testing.
- Good understanding of relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases; ability to write efficient SQL queries.
- Experience working in Linux/Unix environments and using command‑line tools.
- Solid problem‑solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities in an Agile setting.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving project needs.
