About the Role

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to drive the development and implementation of AI-powered solutions across our products and business operations. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with a product-oriented mindset and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate on the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions from concept to production.
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI into products, workflows, and business operations.
- Build and implement applications using LLMs, generative AI, AI agents, and machine learning models.
- Develop intelligent automation, predictive analytics, and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Design scalable AI architectures and integrate AI solutions with existing software systems and APIs.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and models to identify practical applications.
- Establish best practices for AI development, testing, deployment, security, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver AI-powered features across the family of companies
- Create technical initiatives, mentor developers, and establish the company's AI roadmap.

Required Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of experience in AI/ML or software engineering.
- Good proficiency in Python or experience with AI/ML frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, generative AI, AI agents, and API integrations.
- Experience deploying production-grade applications and cloud-based solutions.
- Strong understanding of machine learning, data pipelines, model evaluation, and optimization.
- Ability to take software solutions from prototype to production.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building AI-powered products or SaaS platforms.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, MLOps, vector databases, and modern AI frameworks.
- Experience with AI initiatives or managing a team of engineers.

The ideal candidate can combine strategic thinking with robust execution and help drive the company's overall AI capabilities.

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹8,500,000.00 per year
