- Maintain databases and make sure the maximum utilization of resources of the project .
- Experience of working across different sectors and developing links with other agencies
- Liaise with Project Implementers to understand volunteering needs
- Generate appropriate volunteering opportunities and role descriptions based on the needs
- Raise awareness of the role and function of volunteers
- Promote volunteering through recruitment, social media and campaigns
- Conduct regularly conduct orientation sessions in various platforms to reach likeminded volunteers
- Closely work with volunteer groups of various corporates and match them with various volunteering initiatives of our organisation




- Interview and shortlist volunteers and ensure they are appropriately matched and trained for the position
- Organize profile-raising events to attract recent volunteers
