Senior Manager / AGM Digital Commerce & MarTech Platforms

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced qualified to lead end-to-end digital commerce and MarTech platforms, integrating eCommerce, customer engagement, customer data, and omnichannel order management to drive business growth and seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Own and manage the Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) platform, including website roadmap, performance, enhancements, and releases.
- Lead Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) for customer engagement, automated marketing journeys, and campaign management.
- Drive Salesforce Data Cloud implementation, customer data integration, identity resolution, segmentation, and personalization.
- Manage omnichannel order management through Vinculum, Unicommerce, or similar OMS platforms.
- Oversee integrations across ERP, CRM, POS, payments, logistics, and other enterprise systems using APIs and middleware.
- Manage campaign microsites, website optimization,



conversion improvements, and digital analytics.
- Lead internal teams, technology partners, vendors, budgets, and platform delivery.
- Ensure data privacy, security, compliance, and platform stability.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience in SFCC, SFMC, and Salesforce Data Cloud, including end-to-end Data Cloud implementation.
- Experience with OMS platforms such as Vinculum, Unicommerce, or similar.
- Strong understanding of ERP integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and omnichannel commerce.
- Experience in D2C, eCommerce, retail, fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or FMCG.
- Strong stakeholder management, team leadership, and vendor management skills.
- Knowledge of GA4, SQL, Agile delivery, PCI-DSS, and DPDP Act compliance.

Qualifications B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or MCA. MBA and relevant Salesforce certifications are preferred.
