We are looking for an experienced AGM – Projects (Civil) to lead and manage the execution of MSB (Multi-Storey Building) residential projects. The candidate will be responsible for project planning, site execution, quality control, cost management, safety, and timely project completion while ensuring compliance with approved drawings and company standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Planning & Execution: Plan, monitor, and execute MSB construction projects as per approved schedules and budgets.
- Site Management: Supervise project managers, site engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution.
- Technical Coordination: Review structural and architectural drawings, resolve site-level technical issues, and coordinate with consultants.
- Quality Control: Ensure construction quality, workmanship, and compliance with approved specifications and standards.
- Cost & Budget Control: Monitor project costs, material consumption, labour productivity,



and resource utilization.
- Progress Monitoring: Track project milestones, identify delays, and implement corrective measures to meet deadlines.
- Contractor Management: Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely availability of manpower and materials.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure adherence to site safety procedures, statutory requirements, and applicable construction regulations.
- Department Coordination: Work closely with QS, MEP, Procurement, Architecture, and Planning teams for effective project delivery.
- Reporting: Submit regular project progress reports, cost updates, manpower requirements, and management review reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
