1. Financial Planning, Budgeting & Business Finance

· Lead preparation of standalone and group budgets covering revenue, expenditure and CAPEX.

· Prepare and monitor working capital requirements and cash-flow forecasts on monthly basis for RTM Group.

· Conduct monthly budget versus actual analysis and business segment-wise financial analysis.

· Support profitability planning, business modelling, costing and management decision-making.

· Provide strategic financial insights to management to support business growth.

2. Financial MIS & Analysis

· Prepare and review monthly financial MIS reports of RTM Group including overseas subsidiary and associate companies.

· Monitor budget versus actual performance and identify key variances.

· Review costing on a monthly basis and support cost-control initiatives.

· Prepare business segment-wise financial reports and ensure effective implementation in accounting/ERP systems.

· Develop and maintain financial analysis for management review.

3. Financial Reporting & Compliance

· Oversee preparation and finalization of accurate financial statements.

· Ensure compliance with applicable Indian GAAP / Ind AS and IFRS requirements, including consolidation of subsidiaries.

· Ensure timely compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax and other statutory requirements.

· Coordinate and lead statutory, internal and tax audits and ensure closure of audit observations within time lines.

· Prepare and review tax audit and assessment-related reports.

4. International Finance, Export Finance & Trade Operations

· Oversee international financial operations, foreign exchange and currency risk management.

· Ensure adherence to FEMA, RBI and applicable international financial requirements.

· Oversee international fund flows, treasury operations and foreign transactions.

· Ensure effective export invoicing, documentation and settlement processes.





· Guide international banking relationships and export settlements for Merchant trade transactions..

5.Banking & Working Capital

· Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions in India and Overseas.

· Monitor liquidity, cash-flow forecasts and working capital requirements.

· Ensure efficient allocation and utilization of funds.

· Submit financial and operational reports to bankers within prescribed timelines.

6. Taxation & Transfer Pricing

· Oversee direct and indirect tax matters and coordinate with consultants and tax authorities.

· Provide direction on tax planning, assessments and audits.

· Ensure compliance with domestic and international taxation requirements.

· Oversee transfer pricing compliance for international operations and related-party transactions.

7.Risk Management & Internal Controls

· Identify and mitigate financial, market, operational and compliance risks.

· Develop, improve and maintain effective internal control systems.

· Ensure financial discipline across departments.

· Establish governance processes supporting long-term financial stability.

8. Costing & ERP Implementation.

· Ascertain cost of operations and support cost-efficiency initiatives.

Skills

· Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, MIS and business finance.

· Proven expertise in international finance, foreign exchange and banking.

· Solid understanding of IFRS, Ind AS / Indian GAAP, GST, Income Tax, FEMA and RBI requirements.

· Knowledge of DGFT-related matters and export compliance.

· Strong analytical, strategic thinking and decision-making skills.

· Demonstrated experience in leading Finance & Accounts teams and cross-functional coordination.

· Proficiency in SAP / ERP and Advanced Excel.

· Strong communication, stakeholder management across departments and group companies and leadership skills.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
