About the role

We are looking for experienced IT professionals who want to build the next generation of AI-driven software. You will design and deliver agentic AI solutions: systems where AI agents plan, use tools, work with enterprise data and complete multi-step tasks with human oversight.

Key Result Areas (KRA)

1. Agent development: design and build AI agents and multi-agent workflows that automate business processes.
2. LLM integration: integrate LLMs into applications using prompt and context engineering, tool / function calling and RAG.
3. Platform and integration: connect agents to enterprise systems, databases and APIs, including through the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
4. Quality and safety: test and evaluate agent behaviour, and put guardrails, monitoring and human-in-the-loop checks in place.
5. Delivery: deliver production-ready, secure and scalable solutions on cloud platforms with CI/CD.
6. Collaboration and growth: work with product, QA and business teams, mentor juniors, and keep up with new AI tools and practices.

Key Performance Areas (KPA)

- On-time delivery of agent features and releases
- Accuracy, reliability and task success rate of the agents built




- Quality of prompts, retrieval (RAG) and tool integrations
- Cost, latency and performance of AI workloads
- Security, data privacy and responsible-AI compliance
- Defect rate, code quality and documentation
- Reusability of agent components and frameworks
- Team collaboration and knowledge sharing

Mandatory skills

- Strong programming in Python, Java or Node.js, with REST APIs and microservices
- Hands-on experience building LLM-based or agentic AI applications
- Prompt engineering, RAG and tool / function calling
- Experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, Spring AI or LangChain4j
- Vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, pgvector or similar) and SQL / NoSQL databases
- Git, CI/CD and Agile delivery

Positive to have

- Model Context Protocol (MCP) and multi-agent orchestration
- LLM evaluation, observability and LLMOps tools
- Cloud AI services (AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI)
- Docker, Kubernetes and cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Fine-tuning basics and AI security and guardrails
