Role & responsibilities
- drive business growth through the Variable Agency Sales channel.
- Recruit, develop, and manage insurance advisors/agents.
- Achieve sales targets and improve business productivity.
- Build strong relationship with advisors / agents.
- Monitor Team performance and ensure business growth.
- Identify recent business opportunities and expand market reach.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in life insurance sales.
- Relevant experience in Variable Agency Sales is mandatory.
- Proven ability to achieve business targets.
- Strong sales, communication and relationship management skills.
