Key Responsibilities
Recruit and develop quality Health Insurance Advisors/Agents.
Build and manage a productive agency team.
Drive business through advisors by achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Coach, mentor, and motivate advisors to improve productivity.
Conduct regular recruitment drives, training sessions, and field activities.
Generate leads and support advisors in business closures.
Ensure advisor activation, retention, and productivity.
Monitor daily sales activities through MIS and reports.
Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Build strong relationships with customers, advisors, and business partners.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
