Location : Ahmedabad/ Pune / Noida (NCR)

Experience : 10-15 Years

Education : Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical Engineering)

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure adherence to safety regulations for equipment handling.
- Understand the functioning and features of hydraulic and mechanical presses.
- Troubleshoot various systems of hydraulic and mechanical presses.
- Handle customer interactions and relations effectively.
- Experience in the installation and commissioning of heavy equipment using various types of cranes and material handling equipment.




- Program various PLC systems.
- Manage power and motor controls, including Variable Frequency Drives (VFD).

Qualification & Skills
- 10-15 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably related to automotive and heavy machining, with a focus on mechanical and hydraulic presses.
- Thorough knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance, including the installation, commissioning, and overhauling of hydraulic and mechanical presses.
- Ability to quickly and independently diagnose faults to minimize machine downtime.
- Effective labor management skills.
